Reliance Telecom has filed a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court challenging the order of the Special Court, allowing the CBI application to call new witnesses, including Anil Ambani and Tina Ambani, at this late stage of the trial.
"The approach of the CBI makes it clear that they have failed to establish any case, and the 2G charge-sheet is liable to be dropped altogether. Neither Anil Ambani nor Tina Ambani have moved the Supreme Court, and nor are they parties to the SLP,'' said a company statement.
