The Central Bureau of Investigation has opposed in a Delhi court Reliance Telecommunications Ltd’s plea seeking deferment of Anil Ambani’s deposition tomorrow as a witness in 2G case.
Ambani's deposition in the 2G case tomorrow is as scheduled, the court has said and and dismissed RTL’s plea for postponement.
The court said the examination of Anil Ambani as a witness would not cause any prejudice to the accused facing trial in the case.
