2G: CBI questions Raja, 2 others

The Special Court hearing the 2G spectrum case on Monday permitted the CBI to question former Telecom Minister, Mr A. Raja, and two other accused. Following this, the agency interrogated afresh the accused – Mr Raja, former Telecom Secretary Mr Siddhartha Behura and Reliance ADAG Group MD Mr Gautam Doshi – in the Patiala House court complex on Monday. The CBI on July 16 sought the court's permission to question them in judicial custody “in the interest of the case”. The accused are lodged in Tihar jail.
