2G: Order on framing of charges on Oct 22

A Special Court said on Friday that it will pronounce on October 22 its order on framing of charges against the accused in the 2G spectrum case. The 17 accused include former Telecom Minister Mr A Raja and DMK MP Ms Kanimozhi. The trial will commence once the charges are framed. From October 24 the court will resume hearing on the bail plea of accused including Ms Kanimozhi.
