IT solutions firm 3i Infotech today posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 166.41 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 46.03 crore in the same period last year.
The company’s net loss in April-June quarter, however, was lower than loss of Rs 293.81 crore in the January-March 2012 quarter.
Net sales in April-June stood at Rs 269.92 crore, down over 43 per cent from Rs 479.39 crore registered in the April-June 2011 quarter.
IT solutions vertical accounted for Rs 249.23 crore of the revenues during the quarter, while transaction services business contributed Rs 20.69 crore.
