Accenture India, the management consulting and technology services company, has tied up with Yahoo! to tap innovation from undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate students.
“Do you have an exciting innovative solution that impacts your home, city or college? Well, it can take you all the way to France,” Accenture said in an announcement on the campaign.
The two firms have created a template using which students should upload their idea, explaining how it could impact the target community. In the first edition of Innovation Jockeys, Accenture has invited project ideas around the theme “Everyday Innovations for Home, College and City.”
“We will have a winner in each category of Home, College and City. They will compete for the title of Innovation Jockeys with the grand prize that would take them to France.” it said.
Yahoo!, the online publishing firm, would give away an Apple iPhone 4 for the winner with the “most promising idea” in the Consumer Internet segment.
