Aircel has partnered free messaging applications provider Nimbuzz to provide data services in the Jammu and Kashmir telecom service area.
Aircel, which has launched a plan, will offer free data of up to 40 MB for subscribers in the circle for 30 days.
The service is available only for pre-paid subscribers, and the GSM operator will send an SMS to inform the users of the new scheme .
