Applexus, a leading IT services and solutions provider, has launched xScan, a new add-on product that helps organisations scan, read and post documents in SAP.
Applexus is headquartered in Seattle in the US but has delivery centres in India, including at Technopark here.
MANUAL OPERATION
A research carried out by the company had found that organisations grappled with processing of hundreds of documents every day to post them in SAP.
The manual operation undertaken is costly and error-prone and corrective measures laborious and resource-consuming.
xScan was devised and developed to help organisations overcome this tedious task, says Mr Ganesh Kumar V, Vice-President, Applexus, who is also in charge of global delivery.
CUSTOMISABLE OPTION
“xScan helps you park and post documents in SAP with a single click,” he said.
It automatically recognises the field of documents along with format and fills in appropriately from the furnished copy before parking to SAP.
xScan is customisable along several layers, depending on the business and industry need of each organisation.
It also can provide tailored solutions to enhance businesses and processes of client organisations, Mr Ganesh Kumar said.
