Agiliq Info Solutions, a Hyderabad-based start-up has developed a tool that helps bloggers convert their blog into an app and put it in the app store. This in turn can be downloaded onto mobile phones. “It requires very little knowledge of coding and our Web-based software product called WP mobile facilitates it,” says Mr Shabda Raaj, Managing Director. The number of bloggers is growing. Blogs are generally optimised for desktop, but there is a growing demand from people, who are accessing the Web from their mobiles, to reach for apps. Hence, the utility for the product would grow, he told Business Line . Launched in 2009, Agiliq Info has around 15 employees and plans to grow to 25 by this fiscal end. Its turnover, now a couple of crores, is expected to grow to in multiples in the next few years, he said. The company works on technologies like Django and the related technology stack in Python, for developing Web and mobile apps. The company has also developed expertise in payment gateways and payment processing, real time applications such as chat, twitter and so on. Its clients include NxtGen TV, Iservice Globe, Capitol Enquiry mostly in the US.
