Cambridge Solutions Ltd has informed the BSE that Mr Kamal Gupta, independent director, has resigned from the board of directors of the company. He had been a director of the company since July 2009.
The company has seen its net sales dip by around 14 per cent, from Rs 25,272 lakh for the year ended December 2009 to Rs 21,792 lakh for the year ended December 2010.
While the company's BPO revenues went up marginally, from Rs 12,084 lakh for the year ended December 2009 to Rs 12,702 lakh for the year ended December 2010, the company's IT revenues fell steeply by over 30 per cent, from Rs 13,241 lakh to Rs 9,236 lakh.
