The Managing Director and CEO of Firstsource Solutions Ltd, Mr Mathew Vallance, has stepped down.
He has been with the company for 10 years, and the last two years as MD and CEO.
He will be replaced by the current Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, Mr Rajesh Subramaniam.
After May 15, Mr Vallance will consult Firstsource in an advisory capacity, said a statement from the company.
