Google will mentor 25 Indian start-ups under the 10,000 Start-ups programme announced by Nasscom.
The company will conduct the weeklong mentorship bootcamp, named Launchpad, in November at its Bangalore facility. Google India would handhold the selected start-ups by Google India staff and give them a tip or two on the issues of marketing, design thinking and business development.
Google has said in an announcement on Saturday that it run a similar programme in Israel. “We have plans to launch it in Brazil and Tokyo as well,” it said.
A key supporter of the Nasscom’s start-up initiative, Google asked the aspirants to the Launchpad programme to send their applications by July 31.
