Infosys will make its Pocharam facility here its biggest campus in the country.
The 440-acre facility, second for the IT major in the city after Madhapur, already houses 5,000 employees. In the first phase, it would have 12-13,000 employees in the next 4-5 years.
“The Master Plan is to accommodate 60,000 employees. It is the ultimate plan for the campus. Though it depends on several factors that influence business, our idea is to make it the biggest Infosys campus. Where else we have that kind of space,” a senior Infosys executive said.
