Serco-owned back office company Intelenet has ventured into the West Asian market by opening a 200-seat facility in Dubai.
This new facility will service clients in English, Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog and various other languages, as per a press statement.
“The facility in the Dubai Outsource Zone will help us establish an onshore presence in an important market, and provide local employment opportunities. Furthermore, our presence in UAE will serve as a hub to cater to other Middle East geographies,” said Mr Susir Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of Intelenet.
As per a report from Frost & Sullivan, Dubai has emerged as a preferred destination due to its prime location offering easy access to West Asia, Africa and Asia.
