Infosys has announced that Leo Puri, an independent director, has stepped down.
This follows his appointment as Managing Director of UTI Asset Management. N. R. Narayana Murthy, Executive Chairman, Infosys said: "We would like to congratulate Puri on his new role and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
