Tata Consultancy Services has announced the re-appointment of S. Mahalingam as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company.
His appointment is for the period from September 6, 2012 to February 9, 2013. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders, the company said in a filing to the exchanges.
Mahalingam has been the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of TCS from September 6, 2007 to September 5, 2012.
