NIIT appoints Senior VP for travel business

NIIT Technologies Ltd on Thursday appointed Mr Patrick Grubbs as Senior Vice-President for Travel, Transport & Logistics vertical. He will be responsible for managing and developing the travel business in the Americas market, NIIT Technologies said. Mr Grubbs was Vice-President & Global Head, HCL AXON's travel business. He has more than 24 years of experience in the travel industry. Previously, he worked with Oracle Corporation, Sabre Holdings, American Airlines and United Parcel Service. “With the success in our travel business, we look forward to an even more successful year under Patrick's leadership,” Mr Lalit Dhingra, President, NIIT Technologies Inc, said.
