Research In Motion has said that its BlackBerry Enterprise Services continue to provide users with a completely safe and secure mobile service. “Nowhere in the world do security agencies snoop directly into specific servers servicing a particular subscriber when those subscribers use the BlackBerry Enterprise Solution,” RIM said in response to a story in Business Line .
The report had said the DoT has told operators to put the details of the server identity on customer acquisition forms at the time of giving a connection. This can then be used by security agencies to snoop directly into specific servers servicing a particular subscriber.
