OnMobile Global Ltd has appointed François-Charles Sirois as its non-executive chairman. Sirois, who was on the company’s board since June 26, replaces H.H. Haight who served from December 7, 2011 to August 20, 2014.
“Sirois brings extremely pertinent experience of having founded and run successful companies in the media and technology domains. His knowledge and insights will be invaluable in planning and navigating the next phase of our growth,” said Rajiv Pancholy Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
Sirois is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Telesystem, and also the President and Chief Executive Officer of OnMobile Systems.
Sirois also serves as director on the Boards of various companies, including Telesystem, Zone3, Stingray Digital Group and iPerceptions.
