CA Technologies has appointed Mr Rohit Kapoor, CEO of back office company ExlService Holdings, to its board of directors.
He is likely to be named on the board's audit committee. “Rohit brings exceptional leadership credentials and international business accomplishments to our Board. His insight and expertise related to international operational efficiencies and expansion will be invaluable as we increase our global footprint,” said Mr Art Weinbach, Chairman, CA Technologies.
With Mr Kapoor's appointment, CA now has 10 board members, of which nine are independent. Prior to that, Mr Kapoor served in several capacities at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America.
