Telecom company, Subex Ltd has cancelled 23,365 Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs). In a filing with the BSE, the company said that the ESOP Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company had cancelled the ESOPs in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2000, ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
