Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman and group CEO of Bharti Enterprises, was on Monday conferred the Degree of Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa), by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Kharagpur, for his outstanding contributin to nation building as an entrepreneur. The degree was awarded by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, at the 57th Convocation of IIT – Kharagpur.
