Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT exporter, has partnered with Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) to develop online and on-premise versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (customer relationship management).
The Tata group company is among the select group of systems integrator to be involved in this development, TCS said in a statement.
TCS made this announcement at the annual Microsoft Dynamics Convergence Conference in Georgia, Atlanta.
“Our expertise and investments in emerging technologies such as social, mobility, cloud and big data, alongside our knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, will allow us to deliver superior results for MBS as they continue to drive their leadership in this ever-evolving market,” said Krishnan Ramanujam, Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at TCS. As part of this partnership, TCS has set up a development centre to support the upcoming releases and updates to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Roadmap, namely Mira and Leo.
Development centre The centre will focus on enhancing the roadmap platform through the development of marketing business applications and enhancements to core technology and mobility platforms. TCS has also invested in a test centre with a team of 150 engineers.
