Tata Consultancy Services on Wednesday said the company would continue hiring from the campuses across India despite low intake of recruits last year.
“We will continue to recruit from campuses this year. The ratio is 60 per cent from campuses to our overall hiring and rest comes from laterals,” N. Chandrasekaran, CEO and MD of TCS, told reporters here.

Though it is not a paradigm shift yet, the trend will increase in near future and companies will generate better revenues from them and it will only grow in future.
New startups are also expected to contribute a lot to the industry, which can do anything and bring new technologies on the table, especially by adopting cloud computing and analytics.
There will be productivity and larger companies will build products for these startups to integrate those new products with them and serve their clients globally, he added.
