Tata Business Support Services Ltd has entered into partnership with the Ohio-based CLUB VA Enterprise, a social platform, to enhance its customer centricity and operational excellence.
According to the MoU, CLUB Vantage Agora’s information centric platform will offer a secure enterprise-wide platform that connects Tata Business Support Services (TBSS) employees at real-time across locations, empowers employees; enables and enhances customer centricity and operational excellence, all at the same time.
The platform makes contextual collaboration, a way-of-life in the organisation enabling employees to work smarter.
“Our strategic partnership with Vantage Agora is to provide a breakthrough collaboration platform for our associates that we believe, eventually will benefit our customers,” Sarajit Jha, Chief Operating Officer, TBSS Ltd, said.
TBSS, a global customer experience management company, is among the largest third party outsourcing service providers.
