The 65-year-old McGoldrick, who propelled the Tata Group, to establish the engineering services company, will be succeeded by Warren Harris, the present President and Chief Operating Officer.
“Thanks to Pat’s stellar leadership, Tata Technologies is a global company well positioned to capitalise on the continued growth in the engineering services industry,” Harris said in a press statement. “I’m excited to build on that solid foundation and help scale our business to $1 billion in revenue through intelligently differentiated services for our manufacturing clients around the globe,” he added.
In addition to engineering services outsourcing, the unlisted Tata Tech renders product development services in information technology to manufacturing companies globally.
