Hyderabad-based SAP services provider Adroit Infotech Ltd has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement with two US-based companies as part of its inorganic growth strategy
According to a notice to the stock exchanges, Adroit infotech will acquire 100 per cent stake of Selltis Technologies LLC and 66.67 per cent in Infodat International Inc. It did not disclose the deal value. Seltis is a high margin CRM product company on cloud. Infodat, on the other hand, is into analytics and industrial IOT solutions with a turnover of over $10 million for the same period.
“We have entered into definitive share purchase agreement with two companies — Selltis Technologies LLC and Infodant International Inc. Both these companies will help us to leverage our position in the Small and Medium Industries segment,” S Sudhakiran Reddy, MD, Adroit Infotech said.
