Application delivery networking company Array Networks has announced the availability of its new APV 800 Series multi-tenant virtualised application delivery appliances and vAPV soft-ADCs.
The company in a release said that these new products give enterprises and service providers the ability to run multiple instances of Array APV Series application delivery controllers on Array's purpose-built hardware appliances or as virtual machines on commodity servers running VMware ESXi or Citrix's XenServer hypervisors.
Commenting on the appliances, Mr Michael Zhao, President and Chief Executive Officer of Array Networks, said: “The cloud and virtualisation are changing the landscape of application networking. The introduction of our new virtualised application delivery appliances and software application delivery controllers is further proof of our commitment to providing customers and partners with industry-leading network infrastructure products.”
