It's now more or less expected now. Search engine major Google has come up with its third Olympics doodle on Sunday. This time to mark the sport of diving.
The Sunday's doodle shows a female diver standing ready for a back flip into the pool. The Google logo (Google) forms the inside of the pool.
Diving made its first appearance at the Olympics in third edition of the games at St Louisana in the USA. Women's diving was introduced in 1912 and synchronised diving found its way in the year 2000 at the Sydney Olympics games.
In London, the diving games are supposed to take place July 29 and August 11.
There are four diving events consisting of 136 participants that include 68 male and 68 female participants. India, however, is not participating in the events.
