AT&T has entered into a tie up with Bharti Airtel to enable multinational companies in India access to advanced networking solutions
This agreement demonstrates AT&T’s global strategy to support its MNC customers wherever their business takes them, said AT&T in a statement. AT&T already has eight nodes in Delhi, National Capital Region, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad. Under the Network-to-Network Interconnect (NNI) agreement, AT&T customers will get access to more than 100 cities across India via Bharti Airtel’s more than 130 Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)-enabled IP Network nodes.
“Our goal is to give customers the same experience whether they are expanding into India or internationally from India,” said Sanjiv Bhagat, Sales Center Vice President, India, AT&T.
