Attachmate Corporation has expanded its Attachmate MobileNow platform with the latest update to its Attachmate Reflection software.
With this release, Reflection introduces new features designed to optimise the end-user experience in a virtualised environment when accessing legacy applications from mobile devices.
Attachmate MobileNow optimises the delivery of corporate data on the mobile platform while providing tools for encrypting data, controlling access, and monitoring for misuse.
In January, the company had announced its first set of Attachmate MobileNow solutions based on HTML5 and other Web technologies. “The beauty of this approach is that it requires little to no modification of existing applications,” said Tom Bice, Vice-President of marketing and product management at Attachmate.
