The bail petition of Everonn Education Ltd Mr P Kishore and two others was dismissed by the principal special court for CBI cases.
Justice Yusuf Ali dismissed the bail application, and extended the three to judicial custody for 15 days. They will appear for hearing on September 27.
The CBI court observed that they are highly Influential people and going by their clout they are likely to tamper with evidence.
All the accused offered to stay in a different state till the time of investigation but the court said they can tamper with evidence even in neighbouring state.
