Bharti Airtel is extending its 4G trials launched in Mumbai to customers on other networks, and will provide the services at 3G prices.

On May 16, the company had launched 4G trials in the city and had offered a complimentary upgrade for its customers.

Now, given the interest expressed by other customers, Airtel is offering 4G trials to select users as well.

The company has also launched a new partnership with Flipkart and Motorola under which it will offer Rs 500 cashback on the Moto E 4G purchased from Flipkart.

In April 2012 Airtel had launched the country’s first 4G services in Kolkata. The New Delhi-based operator’s 4G services are now available across major cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chandigarh and Amritsar.
