On his joining the board of GE, D’ Souza in the release said: “I’m honoured to join the board of GE — a company that has been an icon of innovation and management since it was founded. I look forward to working with Jeff Immelt and the rest of the GE board.”
In addition to his leadership of Cognizant, D’Souza is a director of the US-India Business Council and a Trustee of Carnegie Mellon University.
He graduated from the University of East Asia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, says the release.
