Engineering services and geo-spatial solutions company Cyient has registered a total revenue of ₹1,162 crore during the quarter ended March 31, as against ₹1,062 crore in the comparable quarter the previous year, a growth of 9.5 per cent.
The profit after tax (PAT)went up to ₹176 crore (₹118 crore) in the fourth quarter, an increase of 49.4 per cent.
The company registered gross revenues of ₹4,617 crore (₹3,917 crore) for FY19, showing a year-on-year growth of 17.9 per cent.
The PAT for the year was ₹478.5 crore (₹405 crore), a growth of 18 per cent year-on-year.
“Our performance was lower than the initial expectations both on revenue and margin fronts,” Krishna Bodanapu, the company’s CEO and MD, said.
