To help students learn on the move, Chennai-based education IT firm EdServ has ties up with telecom services provider Tata Docomo to offer IIT-JEE and AIEEE test preparation course on mobile phones.
Tutor on Mobile (ToM) service would be available to all Tata Docomo subscribers across the country and each video would cost the AIEEE/IIT-JEE aspirant between Rs 5 and Rs 10, Edserv said in a statement today.
Content would also be available in the form of text, images, live interactions and pod casts on the mobile smart phone through this offering, it added.
“We believe moving our educational content on the mobile will help students learn on the move, making it truly anytime anywhere learning,” EdServ Chairman and CEO, Mr S. Giridharan, said.
The first month subscription charges have been waived off as an introductory offer, following which a monthly tariff of Rs 30 per month would be charged.
