Fingerprints & Card, a Swedish biometrics solutions firm, has joined hands with Ensurity Technologies, a Hyderabad-based cyber security solutions company, to bring smart USB devices under the ThinC brand to the Indian market by this month-end.
The devices, featuring advanced biometric touch sensors from the Swedish firm, offer secure storage and computing solutionsfor sectors like BFSI, large consultancy firms and enterprises.
“These devices will address the market needs of enterprises and provide secure shareable storage and safe remote computing,” Ensurity co-founder and CEO Chakradhar Kommera said in a statement here on Tuesday.
Quoting a survey, he said the biometrics market in the country will grow at a CAGR of 31 per cent till 2021.
