Epson launches eco-solvent printer

Printer company Epson has introduced its next-generation 64-inch eco-solvent wide format printer.

The company in a release said the product is designed for the production of posters, signs, banners, backlit panels, vehicle wraps and exhibition displays.

Epson said the print head is engineered for extreme dot placement accuracy and produces high print density and true-to-life prints with variable-sized droplets as small as 4.2 pico litre and prints of high resolution of 1,440 x 1,440 dots-per-inch. It can handle eight ink channels simultaneously with 720 nozzles for each colour.
