IT services provider Foursoft has bagged a contract from Unifo Solutions for deployment of its global customer compliance solution, which will help the freight and logistics software solutions provider reduce costs and increase efficiency.
The contract will see Unifo Solutions deploy Foursoft’s solution to facilitate simpler and more effective processing of export declarations, Foursoft said in a filing to the BSE.
However, the company did not disclose the deal size.
“We are confident that this new solution will generate more opportunities and improve the service levels of our global customers,” Unifo Solutions Director, Mr U.V. Krishna Kumar, said.
Chennai-based Unifo Solutions is an IT solution firm catering to the freight and logistic industry.
Meanwhile, the shares of Foursoft were trading at Rs 9.90 on the BSE, up 4.21 per cent from their previous close.
