G7CR Technologies, a Bengaluru-based IT consulting and BPO firm, is planning to expand its free offering to small and medium enterprises to four more cities.

After launching the service in Bengaluru and Hyderabad in the last three months, the firm is now looking at expanding operations to Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata by January 31.

The firm offers free suite of custom solutions for helping SMEs automate their work flow. “We work with each of the SME and build tailor-made web and mobile solutions in a span of 45 days. The solutions include billing and collections and human resources applications,” Christopher Richard, Managing Director of G7CR Technologies, said.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, he said the company would start operations in each of the four cities with 12 employees. “Each of the six locations will have 300 employees in the next two years as we ramp up our operations. We are going to spend ₹16 crore on the expansion,” he said.

The seven-year-old firm didn’t charge from SMEs but earn income when these SMEs host the applications and their data on the Microsoft and Amazon clouds. “We get 15 per cent from what the SMEs pay for the hosting on the cloud,” he said.
