Go Tech Digital unveils Android 4.0 tablet PC

Delhi-based electronics company Go Tech Digital on Friday launched funtab fit — an Android 4.0 tablet personal computer loaded with healthcare, education and entertainment applications.

The 7-inch device is available for Rs 5,999 with one-year warranty. It comes with 3G and Wi-Fi, 512 MB RAM and internal memory of 4GB (expandable up to 32 GB).

“Funtab fit comes pre-loaded with applications like Guide My Treatment which helps users find almost every possible medical information (on doctors and hospitals nearest to their location,” Gaurav Khanna, Managing Director, Go Tech Digital, said.

He said users can also fix an appointment with the doctor on-the-go. The in-built Attano EduTV and Attano Ebook Player are a fun way for students to access more than 1,500 e-books and 7,500 educational videos along with preparatory material for entrance exams like IIT-JEE and AIEEE.

The device also comes preloaded with more than 20 games and applications like Angry Bird, Tic Tac Toe, Crossword, Chess, Solitaire and Minesweeper.
