Hathway Cable & Datacom will procure a suite of offerings from Oracle to transform its back-office infrastructure and enhance customer interactions.
The Mumbai-based company has selected communications, billing and revenue management solutions from Oracle Communications Consulting, according to a press statement.
The solutions from Oracle will help Hathway meet new Government mandates on analog-to-digital conversion. The mandate is designed to help protect consumer interests, facilitate broadcasting and cable television service availability and ensure service quality.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Hathway offers cable television services across 140 cities and towns and high-speed cable broadband services across in 20 cities, the statement said.
