R V Ramanan, Executive Director and President of Global Delivery at Hexaware Technologies, has put in his papers. However, he will continue to provide advisory services to the mid-size IT firm on a part-time basis.
The company has appointed Ashok Harris as President - Global Delivery. In his previous avatar, Harris was global head of the erstwhile Mahindra Satyam’s Strategic Sales Group.
This is the second major change in personnel at Hexaware after Baring Private Equity Asia acquired a controlling stake in the company exactly a year ago.
In July, CEO P R Chandrasekar had retired from the company and was replaced by R Srikrishna, who was with HCL Technologies for about 20 years. (Chandrasekar continues to be the Vice-Chairman of Hexaware).
