Software services company Hexaware Technologies has promoted Rajesh Kanani as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
He has been serving as the acting CFO since the departure of former CFO Prateek Agarwal in September last year.
Kanani has been with Hexaware for over 18 years He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of work experience.
Kanani will be based out of Hexaware’s office in Mahape near Mumbai.
