Staffing solutions company Adecco Group has launched Spring Professional in India.
Spring Professional is a recruiting firm with a focus on middle and senior management hiring across IT, finance, life sciences and engineering, the company said in a statement. Spring Professional has its offices in three locations in India – Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.
“The launch of Spring Professional in India is timely, with an increasing demand from organisations seeking to identify experienced talent in these areas, said Angelo Lo Vecchio, Country Manager & MD, Adecco Group India.
He added that as India faces talent shortages it will leverage its global teams to recruit talent in the country. Spring Professional will be led by three vertical leads in India - Manish Bhatia, will head IT; Swapna Amin, will head engineering, and Ananth Iyer, finance & life sciences, company officials said. Spring Professionals presently operates in 15 countries and has 84 branches with around 700 consultants. In Europe and Asia, Spring is present in UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Japan, amongst others.
