Housing.com, an online real estate platform, has expanded its rent and resale category operations to 16 additional cities in India.

These cities are Aurangabad, Nashik, Surat, Vadodara, Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Indore, Bhopal, Jaipur, Kolhapur, Lucknow, Patna, Jamshedpur, Mysore, Goa, and Bilaspur, the company said in a statement.

“Our mission is to list each and every house in India on our platform to provide the consumer with the best home buying experience. With our technology, consumers who wish to rent or buy resale property in these cities will now be treated to a hassle-free experience which will make them “look up” to a new life experience” says Rishabh Gupta, COO from Housing.

India’s Tier-II cities are experiencing rapid growth and the potential has still not been exploited to optimal levels. One factor driving online surfing in smaller cities is the rising number of people using mobile phones to access the Internet, the statement added.
