HP has announced the launch of a power-efficient desktop called the Pavilion P2.
The company in a release said that it is capable of cutting the customers’ desktop-related energy costs by up to 60 per cent as compared to conventional desktops.
Commenting on the positioning of the product, Mr Vinay Awasthi, Senior Director, Products & Marketing, PPS, HP India, said, “With the onset of summers in India, consumers are facing regular power-cuts especially in Tier 2 and 3 cities. HP’s newly launched Pavilion P2 desktop consumes low power and a regular UPS can support this product for up to one hour.”
The product costs Rs 23,500 and comes with an 18.5” LED monitor with inbuilt speakers and a one year warranty.
