Smartphone maker HTC has launched its HTC One series mobile phones in Indian market. “Two models under the series are available in the market since the global launch of these models early this month,'' Mr Faisal Siddiqui, Country Manager, HTC India told newspersons here on Friday. The models – HTC X and V are priced at Rs 37,899 and Rs 18,299, respectively. “These are advanced smartphones equipped with our proprietary technology HTC Sense. The camera and sound are of high quality in the market,'' he claimed. The company is planning to launch one more model, HTC S, with dual core processor in next seven to eight weeks, he added. HTC would invest ‘significantly' in promotional campaigns in India. “India is fastest-growing market for smart phones with 10 million handset sold last year,'' Mr Siddiqui said. HTC has tied-up with Airtel for offering data packages for the newly-launched mobiles.
