Hyderabad will host the World Congress on IT in the first half of 2018.
During the conference, the global IT industry, representing 90 per cent of the ICT (information and communications technology) market, will discuss the 'Future of enterprises'.
Representatives from IT industry in 80 countries will take part in the conference.
The World IT Services Alliance (WITSA) will hold the biennial meeting in Hyderabad, Nasscom chief R Chandrasekhar said.
He addressed a press conference here on Friday after holding discussions with the Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao, on the upcoming conference.
