Idea Device raises $4 m from Sequoia

Idea Device, a data centre automation platform company, has raised a $4-million funding from Sequoia Capital in India. The Bangalore-based company will use the proceeds to expand in markets such as the US and Singapore and to hire talent and expand its product suite. “Their client success at such an early stage is a terrific validation of both the market need and their technical prowess,” said Shailendra Singh, Managing Director at Sequoia Capital India Advisors.
